Terms and ConditionsRead the terms and conditions of Keypilot. This page contains information about the services, user rights, payment terms and responsibilities of Keypilot and its users.

1. Definitions

Keypilot: The digital property management platform, owned by Keypilot, based in Belgium.

User/Customer: Any natural or legal person who uses the services of Keypilot.

Platform: The website, application and all associated services of Keypilot.

Services: All functionalities and services that Keypilot offers for property management.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Keypilot and the user regarding the use of the platform and the services.

By using Keypilot, you fully accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must cease using the platform.

Keypilot may update these terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after that date counts as acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Account and Registration

Registration is required to use Keypilot. You are obliged to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.

Keypilot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation of these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Services and Features

Keypilot offers a property management platform including but not limited to:

Management of properties and tenants
Financial reports and analyses
Communication tools
Document management
AI-powered optimisation tools

Keypilot strives to keep the platform continuously available but does not guarantee 100% uptime.

Features may be added, modified or removed after notification to users.

5. Pricing and Payment

Keypilot uses various subscription models. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment is made in advance per month or year, depending on the chosen subscription.

In case of non-payment, access to the platform may be suspended.

Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the right of withdrawal.

6. Usage and Code of Conduct

It is not permitted to:

Use the platform for illegal activities
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Upload malware or malicious code
Disrupt the technical infrastructure
Harass or threaten other users
Provide false information

Keypilot reserves the right to moderate and remove content.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Keypilot attaches great importance to your privacy and acts in accordance with the GDPR.

For details on data processing, please refer to our privacy policy.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data.

Data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the platform belong to Keypilot.

You only obtain a right of use for the duration of your subscription.

It is prohibited to copy, reverse-engineer or modify the platform.

You remain the owner of the content you upload. You grant Keypilot a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

9. Liability

Keypilot strives to provide reliable services but excludes liability for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data due to technical failures
Damage caused by the use of third-party integrations
Business losses due to platform downtime

Total liability is limited to the amount of the annual subscription.

You are responsible for making backups of your data.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including consumer protection law.

10. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the settings in your account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Keypilot may terminate the agreement in case of violation of these terms.

After termination, your data will remain available for export for 90 days, after which it will be deleted.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

This agreement is governed by Belgian law.

Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts, without prejudice to the right of consumers to bring a dispute before the competent court of their place of residence where mandatory law so provides.

We strive to resolve disputes through mutual consultation first.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
