Public and read-only

The public server only answers questions about the product from public documentation. It never has access to account or portfolio data. For access to your own portfolio data, use the authenticated portfolio MCP endpoint below.

Connect your assistant to your portfolio

The portfolio MCP server gives your AI assistant read access to your own properties, contracts, tasks and rent payments. Authentication uses the same API credentials as the REST API — generate a key once, connect everywhere.

Authorization header

Bearer kp_<prefix>_<secret>

Generate an API key in Settings → Integrations → API Credentials. Choose the scopes your assistant needs, then paste the key as a Bearer token in your MCP client.

Each tool only works if the matching scope is on your credential: properties:read, contracts:read, or tasks:read.
